Clubhouse Rules for Rental
CLUBHOUSE RULES FOR RENTAL
The rental of the clubhouse is limited to its members for private parties. All rental applications must be approved by the Board of Directors at the regularly scheduled monthly meeting and prior to the event date. Non-member organizations or companies may from time to time request the use of the facility in which an approval must be obtained from the Board of Directors prior to the event. Also, a member must execute the rental application on behalf of the non-member and/or company. A deposit may be required at the time of the request or may be waived with the rental fee being collected on the day of the event.
Events with less than 25 people will not be assessed a rental charge but reservations are recommended. The clubhouse will remain open for the other members and guests use. Events with 25- 40 people will not be assessed a rental charge but will require reservations and must be reserved through the Club Manager. All events with 40 or people will be assessed a rental charge in accordance with the “Schedule of Fees” and must be coordinated through the Club Manager.
The clubhouse is not available for rent on Wednesday and Friday nights. These nights have been designated restaurant nights for its members and guests.
Ballroom Rental Only
The maximum number of members and guests allowed is 40. Other members and guests may use the clubhouse without entrance to the ballroom area.
Clubhouse Closed For Special Events
All clubhouse rental requests must be coordinated through the Club Manager. The date of the rental will be tentatively posted on the monthly event calendar at the time of rental application is received by the Club Manager.
Evening Events: The clubhouse area will be closed to all other members after 2:00 pm on day of the event. The golf course will remain open.
Morning Events: The Ballroom will be the only area of the clubhouse that will be available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday except on the days the club has scheduled an Evening event in which the room will not be available. Maximum number of members and guest is 40. All other areas of the club will remain open to its members and guests.
The use of the kitchen area is not included in any rental. This area is off limits to its members and guests at all times except for the kitchen staff. Unauthorized entry to the area presents a Health and Safety issue.
Hanging objects on the Walls or Ceiling is strictly prohibited. The relocation and/or removal of the clubhouse furniture are prohibited except for the folding tables and stackable chairs, which can be moved to a storage area. Furniture from outsides sources may not be placed inside the building. The bar and dining room furniture must remain in their respective rooms. Removal and/or relocation of any and all equipment such as the salad bar, juice box, Christmas decorations, etc. are prohibited.
Decorating of the clubhouse must be done on the day of the rental event and must be removed no later than 11:00 am the next day. The bar and food service areas will remain open to the members until 2:00 pm. The 19th Hole will remain open to all members.
ALL LIQUOR, BEER, OR WINE PRODUCTS MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE CLUB AND BY THE CLUB MANAGER. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO OR REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. THIS IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LOCAL LAWS AND THE TEXAS ALCOHOL BEVERAGE COMMISSION REGULATIONS. VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY COULD RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
Rental of the clubhouse does not include the use of the pool area or any part of the grounds and/or golf course. These areas except the pool may be considered for rent by the Board on a case by case basis.
The drive-way adjacent to the main building as well as the covered front area has been designated a No Parking Fire Zone. Vehicles parking in this area other than for unloading for an event may be towed at the owner’s expense.
The sponsoring member will be held responsible for any and all debts incurred by the member and guest as well as any and all damage to club premises or missing property.
No pets are allowed in the clubhouse or on the premises except for handicapped assisted animals.
