Event Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Center Country Club for your event. The club staff has prepared the following to help you plan for your event. We welcome the opportunity to create a special menu and atmosphere for your event.

In order for our staff to properly prepare for your event, the menu selection and arrangements should be finalized at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event date. The minimum number of people required for a buffet service is 25.

Guarantee and Cancellation

To ensure adequate food and beverage preparation, Center Country Club requires a guarantee for the number of people attending the function at least two (2) weeks in advance of the event. This guarantee represents the minimum billing and is not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. The Club will prepare to serve five percent (5%) over the guarantee. Any function that cancels within two (2) days of the schedule event will be assessed a minimum cancellation fee of $25.00 and/or up to 100% of the function value.

There must be sufficient time to notify the members of the date of the event and closing.  Notification to the members may be in the form of the monthly newsletter and/or a special mailing. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of application date and the notification has NOT been made to the members, the applicant will receive a refund of their deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee.   

Once the notification has been mailed to the members posting the date and time the club will be closed for the event, the applicant will not receive a refund of their deposit. Any exceptions to this policy will require the approval of the Board of Directors.  If the applicant cancels the club rental and there is sufficient time to notify the members the club will be open, the applicant will receive a refund of their deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Food and Beverage

The quotation for food and beverage service is valid for sixty (60) days. After 60 days, Center Country Club reserves the right to raise the price quoted or to make reasonable substitutions based on availability of products, increase prices or delivery surcharges on products, supplies, staples, etc.

Due to county health guidelines and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations, all food and beverage not consumed will remain the property and on the premises of the Center Country Club.

All Alcoholic beverage service will be in accordance with local laws, club policy and the current regulations of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. The club staff can assist you in maintaining a responsible positive position in the service of alcoholic beverages. Under no circumstances will alcoholic beverages be served to persons under the age of 21.
