LIQUOR, BEER AND WINE
CONSUMPTION AND PURCHASE POLICY
ALL MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO PROVIDING PROOF OF AGE AT THE DESCRETION OF THE CLUB STAFF WHEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SERVED INDIVIDUALLY OR DURING GROUP FUNCTIONS.
THE MINIMUM AGE OF 21 IS REQUIRED TO CONSUME AND/OR PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. THIS IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL AND STATE LAWS.
PROVIDING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR IS A CRIME AND IS PUNISHABLE UNDER THE LOCAL AND STATE LAWS.
TRANSPORTING OF ALCOHOL ONTO OR REMOVING FROM THE CENTER COUNTRY CLUB PREMISES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AS PER THE REGULATIONS SETFORTH BY THE TEXAS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMMISSION AS WELL AS STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. ANY MEMBER OBSERVING THIS RULE BEING VIOLATED IS REQUIRED TO REPORT THE INCIDENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
THE CENTER COUNTRY CLUB STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO THEY DEEM INTOXICATED. A DESIGNATED DRIVER WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST.
THE CLUB MEMBER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-MEMBER GUESTS CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THIRD - PARTY ALCOHOL USAGE.
VIOLATORS AND/OR MEMBERS NOT COMPLYING WITH ANYONE OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE CENTER COUNTRY CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS, WHICH COULD INCLUDE MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION, MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND/OR PROESCUTION UNDER STATE AND LOCAL LAWS.
